Firebirds Wood Fired Grill - Collierville: Exceptional Wood-Fired Steaks, Ribs & Fresh Seafood

Glen provided our service. He did an excellent job. We each ordered the 3 course meal. I expected petite portions, but all portions were full-size. I ordered the BLT salad, the ribs, chocolate brownie sundae. Delicious ! Thank you for a great meal experience.

Shariyca was our waitress, she did a phenomenal job and had a great attitude with a smile every time she came to our table. The food was excellence! We got the sirloin that was cooked perfect! And the salmon that was cooked lovely with a nice crisp on the bottom. We both got fries extra crispy and they did not disappoint! We both left very full and satisfied!

Always a great experience here! We have never been disappointed! Great food great service great drinks & great atmosphere every single time! I normally don’t even eat steaks. I cut back on red meat years ago but they have some of the best steaks in the city. Not to mention really great pasta dishes!

Was here to take in some food and long conversation with my friend & business woman SJ. So we both ordered the BLT. She paired hers with a salad, me a FL Baked Potato. I normally do just butter, but splurged today. (I secretly wanted extra bacon on my sandwich but KNEW my body would be grateful if I did not.) I also ordered this delicious pineapple mocktail. The food came out looking so picture perfect that we couldn’t stop talking about it (forgot to take pic). It looked AND tasted like it was MADE WITH LOVE!!! it’s just a BLT and a fully loaded baked potato but it was so damn good!!! The server was Sherika. She was AWESOME. I forgot the chef’s name but her food was yummilicious!!!

Alexis was a fantastic server, she was able to answer all of our questions. She went above and beyond to give us excellent service. This was the best experience for us and the birthday girl. I'm definitely will be requesting her for my birthday !

Well I must say, Firebirds did not disappoint. Since it was a Saturday we opt to reserve a table through the app at Find a table. The appetizers were delicious (lobster spinach queso & smoked chicken wings). You know of course that hot bread came out with the creamy sweet butter. We had Cadillac Margueritas, Old Fashion and the Strawberry Lemon cocktails; sorry if they were included in the pics (they got sipped up quickly ). The main course two 16 oz Aged Ribeyes, Grilled Salmon all with loaded baked potatoes and salad. Take home desserts were sooo good (5 layer lemon cake & Cinnabon roll). We give much thanks to our attentive server Shaun and especially the Manager Mr. Chris ensuring everything was cooked as ordered, it's appreciated knowing customers needs are of value & Mr. Chris walked around interacting with customers ensuring their experience whether first time or not were addressed and resolved. Yes, my family will definitely return.

Our server Terrance was wonderful and friendly. It was my bday. Our food was delicious. We started our with that funny looking but taste so good bread! We had the Philly steak egg rolls for the app. I had the Lobster fondue salmon. It was all tasty. The killer Mac n cheese was a little sweet so we didn't like that at all. But the food was good.
